Our Return and Refund Policy is governed by a separate policy page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include:

1. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt for items in their original, unopened condition.
2. Opened personal care products (soaps, razors, hair care, perfumes) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
3. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of return approval.
