• All products listed on our platform are genuine, sourced directly from Hemas Consumer Brands.
  
  
• We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and pricing accurately. However, minor variations may exist. We reserve the right to correct any errors.
  
  
• Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without prior notice.
  
  

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  
  
• We accept payment via bKash, Nagad, Visa/Mastercard, Cash on Delivery.
  
  
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at checkout.
  
  
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and provide the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
  
  

4. Orders & Order Confirmation

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us.
  
  
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
  
  
• Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be modified. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
  
  

5. Delivery timelines: 

• Inside Dhaka — within 2–3 working days; Outside Dhaka — within 5–7 working days.
• Delivery timelines are estimated from the date your order is confirmed and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
• Timelines may be affected by product availability, order verification, courier operations, natural disasters, public holidays, political or national events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds:

• Our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy is governed by a separate policy page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include:
• You may return a product at the time of delivery by paying the applicable delivery fee to the delivery person, with the product in its original condition and packaging.
• Once you have accepted delivery, any return, refund or exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests made after 3 days will not be considered.
• For damaged, defective or incorrect products, a continuous video recording of receiving and opening the package is mandatory. Photographs alone will not be accepted.
• Opened or used personal care products (soaps, razors, hair care, perfumes, skincare) are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons, unless the product is confirmed to have been damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• Where an exchange is due but the same product is not available in stock, a refund is issued via bKash or another applicable mobile financial service, or by bank payment, within 7–10 working days after the return is received and the claim verified.
